Job description

• Internal or Family Medicine Trained Physician Needed
• Geriatric Managed Care
• Chronic care management. Serving primarily Spanish speaking population.
• Monday through Friday
• 8a to 5p
• 1 hour lunch
• Max PPD is 20
• 1-2 MA per doctor depending on the site
• 2 day orientation
• Full support staff (Pharmacist, Pharm Techs, LPCs, and other special allied health)
• No experience required just confidence working with seniors 65+up
