Job description

• 2 Family Medicine Physicians Needed
• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8a to 5p, CMO is okay with 8:30am start
• 20-22 patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• Full cradle to grave - babies, kids, teens, and adults of all ages.
• Support Staff is robust. Clerical up front. Roomers. Taking vitals getting them set. CMAs work with provider all day.
• 1 at South 18th Clinic, 1 at Main Clinic
• Pre Natal Care would be great
• Spanish is extra great
• 1/3 of patients is Spanish only
