Family Medicine Physician Needed in San Antonio, TX

Family Medicine Physician opportunity available in San Antonio, TX
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. On-Call Required: Once a week at home call (5P-8A average # calls 5).
Additional Details:
- Supported Living Center
- One weekend a month of home call except for individuals with change in status or post ER/hospital. (Friday 5P-Monday 8A, average # calls 25).

Licensure: Active TX license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 2-3 weeks
