Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Schedule + On-Call Required
Practice Setting: Critical Access
Assignment Details: Patient volume: 18+ per day
Scope: family practice/women’s health/pediatric
License: Active WA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, and PALS Required, DEA and CSR Required
Credentialing: ~90 Days
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
