📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 13 weeks
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with required call
🔹 Three 10-hour shifts per week (8 hours patient care, 2 hours administrative time)
🔹 Must be available for either alternating weeks or a two weeks on/two weeks off schedule
🔹 Call: Approximately one 24-hour weekday call per week and one weekend per month
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Washington license required (IMLC accepted; licensing assistance available)
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days (may be expedited)
🔹 Travel and lodging provided

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Critical access hospital and outpatient primary care clinic
🔹 Average of 18+ patients per day
🔹 Care for infants, pediatric, and adult patients
🔹 Full-spectrum Primary Care with Obstetrics
🔹 Women's health services, prenatal care, outpatient primary care, and pediatric care
🔹 C-section participation and neonatal admissions/rounding
🔹 Approximately 100–115 births annually
🔹 Supportive team with shared patient panels, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses
🔹 Epic EMR

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified in Family Medicine (OB experience required)
🔹 Active Washington license required (IMLC accepted; licensing assistance available)
🔹 DEA required
🔹 Washington CSR required
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 ACLS certification required
🔹 PALS certification required
🔹 Experience with women's health, obstetrics, pediatrics, and neonatal care preferred
🔹 Willingness to participate in C-sections and neonatal admissions/rounding preferred
