Primary Care Physician with OB Needed in Port Townsend, WA | 3x10s | 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off | Travel & Housing Covered
Job description
Start: September 21, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks - coverage running September 2026 through January 2027, open to extension
Coverage: Outpatient primary care with OB/women's health, plus admitting and rounding
Schedule: 3x10s per week, 8:00-17:00 (8 hours patient-facing, 2 hours admin time; days of week TBD). Must commit to either 2 weeks on/2 weeks off OR alternating weeks. Providers interested in a more full-time schedule will also be considered.
Call: Call rotation shared with FP and OB providers - approximately one 0700-0700 weekday shift per week plus a weekend in rotation (details finalized during interview)
Volume: 18+ patients per day
Patient Population: Infants, pediatrics, and adults - newborn through geriatric
Practice Setting: Critical access hospital, clinic and inpatient
Support: Panel-share staffing model with MA and RN support
Full-scope outpatient primary care across all ages. Women's health care, including education and support around D&Cs (not performing). Pediatric care. Admitting and daily rounding. Timely documentation in Epic.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care/Family Medicine
- Washington license, DEA, and Washington CSR required (open to licensure; IMLC accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- COVID-19 vaccination required - exemption available
- Credentialing: 90 days ideal, but can move faster
- Experience in FP/women's health and pediatrics desired
