Assignment Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Call Required: None
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: 21 patients
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

Requirements:
• State License: Active WA license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 2-3 weeks.
