Position: Permanent Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Madison, WV
Start: Flexible
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p
Call: Split with other physicians
Coverage: 95% patient care, 5% phone consults
Practice Setting: Outpatient and walk-in clinic
Support: Onsite lab
EMR: CPSI

Requirements:
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 3 years of experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required
- Active West Virginia license, or ability to obtain
