Board Certified
License in WI or IMLC accepted to apply
Level 2 trauma
Avg credentialing 60-90 days

We need traditional Family Medicine.  Newborn - geriatric age.  Busy clinic practice seeing 18-20 patients per day.  Inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage required.  
Traditional 8am-5pm 
There are 2 Nurse Practitioners here and 6 physicians
No call after hours
