Family Practice Outpatient Locum – Full-time – Near Bayfront, WI (48774)

Start: As soon as credentialed
Setting: Outpatient clinic only
No call and no hospital coverage
Full-time schedule; daily hours negotiable
One to two weekends off per month (negotiable)
EPIC EMR
Clinic support includes three MDs and one APC
Hourly pay; possible travel assistance as needed

Requirements:
WI license (active, unrestricted; license in hand preferred)
Board Certification
DEA, ACLS
