This is a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic and hospital offering a robust team environment and a fun, collegial culture. The facility is a multi-specialty group that includes Family Practice Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, and numerous visiting specialties on site weekly, all connected to a 24-bed Critical Access Hospital with an Emergency Room staffed by the hospital.

Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine position serving a patient-centered, small-town community
• Light call rotation of 1 in 13 that includes patients from both the clinic and a local nursing home
• Functions primarily as back-up for nursing home care, filling in gaps in coverage
• No hospital call and no OB responsibilities
• Join a multi-specialty group consisting of 3 Family Practice Physicians and 5.8 Family Nurse Practitioners
• Numerous visiting specialties available on site weekly
• Utilizes EPIC EMR system
• Excellent work-life balance with a low call model
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
• Active Wisconsin medical license required
