Pathologist – Call-Only Locum Opportunity (Texas)

We are partnering with a reputable Level II trauma facility in Texas seeking a Board-Certified Pathologist for ongoing call-only coverage starting September 1, 2025. Position Details:
Start Date: September 1, 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: Standard 5-day availability preferred; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible)

Practice Setting:
Trauma Level: II
Credentialing Timeframe: ~20 days
Clinical Scope: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with a focus in Hematopathology
Must be comfortable handling a broad mix of pathology cases
Call responsibilities may include frozen sections, reviewing urgent specimens, and consults

Support Structure:
- Full support staff on-site
- Collaborative pathology team and clinical leadership

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
- Subspecialty expertise in Hematopathology preferred
- Active Texas Medical License – Required
- Current in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
