- Partial Hospitalization Program / Dual-Diagnosis
- 8-10 patients per day
- 60 minute evaluations / 20 minutes med checks
- Comfortable prescribing Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, Naltrex
- Must have Medicare & Medicaid
- 2 years post-ANCC certification
- Community Health experience preferred
- Support staff: LCSW, NP, case managers & therapists

• Flexible days (8:30a-5:00p)
• On-site coverage
• Adult population
