Patient Cases: Eval / Med Manage - Manage controlled substances (Suboxone)
Ages seen: Adults
PPD: 20-40
Support Staff
EMR

Requirements -
- Medicare / NY Medicaid
- NY License
- Active DEA
- Must be independent prescriber
- Inpatient experience

Other -
