Co Medical Director/Court Services
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Responsibilities
Serve as Co-Medical Director for Court Services program
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for court-referred patients
Conduct competency evaluations and restoration services
Collaborate with legal, clinical, and administrative teams
Participate in court hearings, case conferences, and provide expert testimony
Supervise and mentor psychiatric and clinical staff
Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license required
Experience in forensic, correctional, or court-related psychiatry preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and legal teams
Working Hours
Full-time schedule (details to be determined)
May include participation in on-call rotation
