We are seeking a BC Lead Psychiatrist to oversee clinical operations for an Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit in MI. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape standards of care, support multidisciplinary teams, and provide clinical coverage when needed.
🏥 Setting: Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit
👥 Patient Population: 100% Adults
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✅ Board Certification Required
🩺 Addiction Experience Preferred
Leadership Responsibilities
Department oversight and chart reviews
Ensure clinical standards and prescribing practices are maintained
Serve as a consultant for clinical needs
Assist with physician recruitment and hiring
Set clinical Expectations
