Fidelity ACT Team | Community-Based Psychiatry | ASAP Start

A behavioral health organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its Fidelity ACT Team in a full-time, community-focused role with an immediate start opportunity.

This position offers a unique combination of office-based and field psychiatry work while serving a high-need patient population through a collaborative Assertive Community Treatment model.

Approximately 50% field work / 50% office-based work
Practice Setting
Fidelity ACT Team model
Community psychiatry focus
Psychiatrist serves as the clinical lead for the team
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
Patient Population & Responsibilities
Shared caseload of approximately 110 patients
Each patient seen at least once monthly
Appointment lengths vary based on:
Clinical severity
Patient needs
Level of support required
Clinical Duties Include
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Community-based psychiatric care
Treatment planning and team collaboration
Administration/management of injectable medications including:
Sublocade
Vivitrol
Aristada
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania medical license
PROMISe ID required
Experience in community psychiatry or ACT settings preferred
