Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct comprehensive GI assessments; manage acute and chronic conditions.
✔ Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (endoscopy, colonoscopy, lab results).
✔ Develop and execute tailored treatment plans alongside supervising physicians.
✔ Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and dietary modifications.
✔ Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EHR).

Qualifications
✔ Education: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
✔ Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License and Board Certification required.
✔ Experience: Minimum 6 months of NP experience in Gastroenterology.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficient in GI evaluations, diagnostic testing, medication management, and EHR systems.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
