Position Highlights:
•Location: Prestonsburg, KY

•Contract Length: 12 months
•Schedule:
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Structure: Shared with the other provider
•EMR: Meditech
•Support Staff: APP
•Procedural Volume: Average Procedures Per Day: 12-14
•Procedures Required:
General GI:
· Upper Endoscopies (EGD)
· Colonoscopies
Advanced Procedures:
· ERCP: Yes (mid-level / moderate complexity)
Specialty Procedures Performed
· Esophageal, duodenal, or luminal stent placement
· Argon plasma coagulation
· Biopsies of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon
· Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy
· Diagnostic and therapeutic EGD
· Enteral alimentation
· Esophageal dilation (balloon, bougie, or Savary with guidewire)
· Foreign body removal via EGD
· Flexible sigmoidoscopy
· GI motility studies and 24-hour pH monitoring
· Non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower)
· Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
-ERCP

•Credentialing Estimated Timeline: 3 months

• Scheduled + On Call required
• 12 month contract
