• No hospital coverage

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Fellowship Required
• BLS & ABLS Required
• Must supervise APPs
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• No license required at submission
Procedures
• Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeding control, variceal injections)
• ERCP (diagnostic & therapeutic)
• PEG placement
• Esophageal dilation/manometry
• Colonoscopy (including biopsy & polypectomy)
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
• Liver biopsy
• Small bowel biopsy
