Locum Gastroenterology Need in Oregon

Job description

Seeking locum gastroenterology coverage for client in Oregon. Hospital based coverage with minimal clinic.

Locum will be managingED/inpatient consult service, leading GI rounds, and performing urgent/elective procedures. Clinic M-W-F morning.
24 hour shifts, typically 6-8 hours rounding on-site followed by unrestricted call
6-18 patients per shift
Procedures: Urgent and elective GI procedures to diagnose and treat digestive diseases, including upper endoscopy (EGD) for bleeding or reflux, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), flexible sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy for screening or polyp removal. Urgent procedures to address upper/lower GI bleeding – variceal banding/sclerotherapy, homeostasis techniques, and foreign object removal. ERCP preferred, not required
Support Staff: Techs, nurses, APPs, endo lab techs, general surgeons, and anesthesia staff
