New Physician Gastroenterology 24-Hour Shift Coverage Need in Pennsylvania

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Gastroenterology Physician with a target start date of January 2, 2026.

About this Physician Gastroenterology Role:

8 am rounding + 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy usually screening colonoscopies

Weekdays: Physician will meet with PA on call at 8am to review patients and round, will then have an average of 5 scheduled outpatient procedures. On call throughout day/evening.

Weekend: Call Coverage; rounding needed in hospital based on volume/patients.

1/2/26 5pm-1/5/26 8am
1/9/26 5pm- 1/19/26 5pm
1/30/26 5pm-2/2/26 8am
2/6/26 5pm-2/16/26 5pm
2/27/26 5pm-3/2/26 8am
3/6/26 5pm-3/16/26 5pm
3/27/26 5pm-3/30/26 8am
Will be more dates available after March
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements for this Gastroenterology Role:
• PA License
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
