Gastroenterology Locums Opportunity
Start Date: 1/19/26
End Date: 1/30/26
Contract Length: 12 days
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM–7:00 AM)
Coverage Needs: 24/7 coverage during assignment
Patient Volume: ~12 patients per day (inpatient)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Practice Details:
• Hospital-based Gastroenterology service
• Full hospital support including RN, NP, specialty backup, and 24-hour anesthesia
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital size: 219 beds
• Procedures required only for emergent situations
• EUS and ERCP preferred but not required

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active state license and DEA required
• BLS & ACLS required

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Emergency privileges available in one week or less with a clean file and ability to move quickly
