Gastroenterology Physician Locum Needed in York, PA | Ongoing + Call

Job description

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist for an ongoing locum opportunity at a 593-bed acute care hospital in York, PA.

Schedule:
- 10-hour day shifts (7 AM – 5 PM)
- Night and weekend call required
- Coverage needed 1 week per month

Work Details:
- Patient population: Adults (18+)
- Daily census: 30–50 patients
- New consults: 9–16 per day
- Procedures: General GI (No ERCP or EUS)
- Setting: Hospital-based
- EMR: EPIC
- Anesthesia support available onsite

Requirements:
- Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required
- BE/BC in Gastroenterology
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing:
- Approx. 90 days (temps available for clean files)
