GI Locum Needed in York, PA — Ongoing Coverage, EPIC, No ERCP/EUS

Gastroenterology Locum Physician – York, PA (WellSpan York Hospital)

Start Date: 7/26/2026 | Contract Length: Ongoing | Schedule: 1 week per month + weekends

Schedule Details:

7/26: 24-hour call

9/1, 9/28, 10/1: 10-hour days (7am–5pm) + night call

Clinical Details:

Patient Population: Adults 18+

Daily Census: 30–50 total; 9–16 new consults per day

Procedures: Emergency procedures only — no ERCP or EUS

EMR: EPIC

Hospital Bed Size: 593 beds

Support Staff: Anesthesiology onsite

Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

Active PA License (or IMLC LOQ in hand)

DEA Registration (PA address required)

Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing: 90-day timeframe; temporary privileges available for clean files.
2-hour gratis included.

• Ongoing assignment starting 7/26 — 1 week/month + weekends
• Emergency procedures only — no ERCP or EUS required
• Anesthesia onsite, EPIC EMR, temp privileges available
