Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Openings: 1

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting: 
24-hour call with daily 8:00a rounding
4-6 outpatient endoscopy procedures per day
APPs are first call on weekdays, Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p
Provider works solo nights and weekends
Average 8-10 admissions per call shift

Schedule:
Friday 5:00p - Friday 5:00p
Average 14 shifts per month

06/15 7:00a - 06/17 5:00p
07/26 5:00p - 08/17 5:00p
08/30 5:00p - 09/03 5:00p
09/21 8:00a-5:00p
10/16 5:00p - 10/19 5:00p
11/23 5:00p - 12/04 5:00p
12/14 5:00p - 12/18 5:00p
12/23 5:00p - 01/01 5:00p

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 60 days

Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-year Gastroenterology experience or equivalent
