✅ Position Overview: Geriatric Nursing Assistant
Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to geriatric patients in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, supporting daily care activities and promoting patient safety and comfort.

✅ Available Shifts
✔️ 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (EDT)
✔️ All shifts include a 30-minute break

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program
✔️ License: Active Maryland Nursing Assistant license
✔️ Certification: Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year of geriatric care experience
✔️ Skills in ADL assistance, vital signs monitoring, hygiene care, and mobility support

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
✔️ Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the supervising nurse
✔️ Provide mobility assistance, including repositioning, transfers, and ambulation support
✔️ Promote a safe and respectful environment for elderly patients
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of care in accordance with facility standards
