Location: New York, NY (Lower Manhattan – Financial District)
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our modern, high-volume dental practice located in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Our state-of-the-art office is committed to providing exceptional patient care using advanced dental technology and equipment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced PPO-based environment serving 30–40+ patients per day.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist (4-handed dentistry)

Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments and materials

Take and process dental X-rays

Chart accurately during examinations and procedures

Sterilize instruments according to safety regulations

Support inventory management and supply ordering

Deliver post-operative and oral hygiene instructions to patients

Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience

Recent experience in general and/or cosmetic dentistry

Comfortable in a high-volume clinical setting

Knowledge of sterilization procedures and dental instruments

Basic computer skills

Strong communication and organizational abilities
