Position Overview
We are seeking a clinically confident, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with multi-state licensure to provide telehealth consultations for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapeutics, and metabolic optimization. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in remote care settings, values evidence-based protocols, and is comfortable practicing within functional and regenerative medicine frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual new-patient and follow-up visits for HRT, peptide therapy, and metabolic optimization
- Review labs and approve treatment plans within established clinical protocols
- Document visits in our EMR
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical operations team
- Provide patient education with warmth, clarity, and autonomy-supportive communication
- Maintain licensure and CME requirements
