Your New Role: 

• Position: Family NP or Physician Assistant 

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

• Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday AM rotation) 

• Experience: Prefer 1+ Years of experience  

• Patient Population: Outpatient Family Medicine
