📍 Location: Brooklyn, New York
📅 Start Date: April 1, 2026
📆 Contract Length: 3 months to 1 year contracts
🕒 Schedule: Flexible Schedule – Monday through Sunday (7a–7p, no nights or weekends required)
Patient Population: Adults
🏥 Practice Setting: Home Health
🧪 Procedures: In-home Health Evaluations including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing, lab orders, or treatment changes)

Average visits per day: 6–9 visits daily
