Family Medicine APP Needed in Mobile & Birmingham, AL

Job description

Start:** ASAP (3–5 day onboarding)

Contract Length:** 26 weeks (ongoing potential)

Location:** Mobile, AL and Birmingham, AL

Schedule:** 20–30 hours/week

* Variable schedule with **evening and weekend availability required**
* Evening shifts are typically **4:00 PM–8:00 PM** or **5:00 PM–8:00 PM**
* Client can be flexible with scheduling based on provider availability (please specify preferred schedule at submission)

**Practice Details:**

* Preventive care provided at community pop-up clinic locations
* Travel required between clinic sites throughout the Mobile area
* **No prescribing or medication management**
* Two Nurse Practitioners assigned to each clinic site
* Patient volume ranges from **6–30 patients per shift**, depending on the location and schedule

**Requirements:**

* Active **Alabama NP license**
* Onsite coverage only
* Must be flexible and willing to travel throughout Mobile and surrounding counties

**Credentialing:**

* Active CAQH profile
* Active Alabama license
* Completion of the Collaborating Physician Portal required
