Urgent Care NP/PA Needed in Santa Barbara County:
Start Date: Feb 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: full time is 3x12’s open 7 days per week, schedule will vary week to week. Must be able to work weekends.
-Private practice, providers will make the medical decision while on shift
-No physician on staff at this location
-Must have ED or Urgent Care experience.
-Lacerations repairs, incision drainage (abscess), toenail removal
-Must be BLS certified (AHS)
-January and February are the busier months roughly 40 patients per day, must be able to handle a high volume.
-Patient experience: Looking for someone that has great patient experience and excellent bedside manner with people. Very high standards.

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
CA license required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
