Job description

This locum tenens NP/PA opportunity offers flexible, independent home health work across New Mexico, focused on in-home health evaluations. Providers perform structured medical evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial members. Visits include medication review and a focused physical exam, with no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans.

You’ll manage your own schedule with flexibility to work full-time, part-time, PRN, or seasonal coverage. This role is ideal for APPs looking for autonomy, predictable visit volume, and the ability to supplement or tailor their workload without nights or weekends.

Coverage is available across multiple counties, and providers must indicate preferred locations when applying.
