Telehealth Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner
Start: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
Length: 6 months, ongoing
Schedule: Flexible within operating hours (EST)
Urgent Care: 8 AM – 10 PM
Medical Weight Loss: 7 AM – 12 AM
TRT/HRT: 8 AM – 10 PM
Minimum: 20+ hours/week (sync or async mix)
Overview
Start in Urgent Care with opportunity to cross-train into MWL and HRT/TRT
80% asynchronous (chart review), 20% synchronous (scheduled visits)
Providers submit availability monthly; optional additional shifts available
Async work can be completed flexibly (including overnight)
Patient Volume
High async volume available
Ability to easily meet 20+ hours/week
Requirements
3+ years NP experience
Recent UC/FM experience (within 12 months)
Medicare eligible (PECOS required)
Multi-state licenses preferred (8+ auto-qualify or scoring system used)
Credentialing & Training
Credentialing: ~2–5 weeks
Training: 2 days (5 hours each)
Training pay: $50/hr (non-negotiable)
Compensation (per assessment)
Urgent Care:
Sync: $20
Async: $6
No-show: $7
Additional verticals (if added):
MWL: $20 sync / $6–7 async
HRT/TRT: $30 sync / $6 async
Key Notes
Paid per assessment (not hourly once live)
Must complete required onboarding and pass training
Bilingual (English/Spanish), multi-state licensure, and telehealth experience are strong pluses
