• As soon as possible (Credentialing time = 2 weeks) – June 30th with potential to extend
• MUST HAVE MICHIGAN LICENSE
• Practice description: COVID testing, vaccinations, flu shots, minor issues.
• M-F full-time? Yes
• Should be able to see all ages
• May need to travel to satellite locations
• Supervisory physician on staff
