✔️ Education: MSN from an accredited NP program
✔️ Licensure: Active NYS NP license (Required)
✔️ Certification: Board Certified NP
✔️ Experience: New graduates welcome
✔️ Skills: Patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, geriatric pharmacotherapy, chronic disease management

✔️ Provide primary and acute care to nursing home residents
✔️ Perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
✔️ Prescribe medications and therapies within NP scope of practice
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
✔️ Educate patients and families on health and preventive care
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
