✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to nursing home residents
✔️ Perform assessments, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
✔️ Prescribe medications and therapies within NP scope
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
✔️ Educate patients and families on health and preventive care
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited NP program
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
✔️ Certification: Board Certified NP
✔️ Experience: New graduates welcome
