✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct physical exams and patient observations
✔️ Record medical histories and patient symptoms
✔️ Create and implement care plans
✔️ Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Monitor and operate medical equipment
✔️ Diagnose and treat health conditions
✔️ Consult with healthcare professionals and families
✔️ Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
✔️ Active NY State Nurse Practitioner license
✔️ Board Certified as Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish
✔️ Proficiency in MDLand EMR, diagnostic tests, and medical equipment
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and patient education skills
✔️ Open to new graduates
