Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive medical care through housecalls in the Bronx, NY.

This unique opportunity allows you to deliver personalized, patient-centered care in patients' homes with the support of a personal driver. Candidates must have at least 6 months of NP experience and reside in the same borough.

Qualifications
✓ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited NP program
✓ Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
✓ Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
✓ Minimum 6 months of NP experience
✓ Must reside in the Bronx borough
✓ Proficiency in physical assessments, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Compassion, independence, adaptability, and strong time management

Key Responsibilities
✓ Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
✓ Obtain and document medical histories and symptoms
✓ Develop and update individualized patient care plans
✓ Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
✓ Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed
✓ Diagnose health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
✓ Administer medications and other treatments
✓ Monitor changes in patients' health and adjust care plans accordingly
✓ Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients' families
✓ Educate patients and families on managing and preventing illness and injury
✓ Provide compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes
