Job description

This locum tenens FNP opportunity offers flexible home health assessment work in multiple states. The role is strictly assessment-based — no prescribing, no treatment management, and no call — making it ideal for providers seeking structured visits and schedule flexibility.

You’ll perform in-home annual wellness and risk assessments, review chronic conditions, document findings, and escalate urgent concerns to the patient’s PCP. Schedules are released in advance and available full-time or part-time.

Coverage is available in multiple counties, allowing you to select your preferred location.

Position Highlights

Monday–Friday schedule

Full-time (40 hrs) or part-time (20 hrs) options

8am–5pm with lunch included

Paid full day regardless of patient volume

No prescribing or ongoing panel management

Mileage reimbursed

Clinical Scope

5–6 in-home assessments per day

Annual wellness and chronic care reviews

A1C testing (if applicable)

Escalation of findings to PCP
