Job description

This locum tenens opportunity is ideal for an FNP looking for flexible, structured home health work in South Carolina. The role focuses strictly on in-home health risk assessments and chronic condition reviews — no prescribing, no treatment management, and no call.

You’ll conduct a set number of in-home evaluations per day, document findings, and escalate any concerns to the patient’s primary care provider. The schedule is predictable, released in advance, and available full-time or part-time.
