Urgent Care NP/PA Locums Opportunities – San Antonio & South Austin, TX:
Start Date: ASAP; currently lists 11/23/2026
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with ongoing coverage needs
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Open Positions: 5 total — 3 in San Antonio and 2 in South Austin
Schedule: 7-, 8-, and 15-hour shifts available
Coverage Needed: 7 days per week
Weekend Availability: Required; providers cannot limit availability to weekdays
Call: No call
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience
Board Certification: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
License: Active Texas license required
DEA: Active Texas DEA required
Patient Population: Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 3 months and older
Workers’ Compensation Experience: Preferred
DOT Certification: Preferred/helpful
EMR: Practice Velocity
Float Requirement: Providers must be flexible to float between clinic locations within their assigned region

San Antonio Region: Bandera Trails, Broadway, Culebra, Dove Creek, Eisenhauer, Forum, Ingram, Leon Springs, New Braunfels Frontage Rd, Oak Run, SE Military, Sonterra, Spring Branch, Stotzer, SW Military, and Wurzbach.

South Austin Region: North Kyle, Manor, Lockhart, North Austin, and Southpark Meadows.
