Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Needed in South Bend, WA

Job description

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Needed in South Bend, WA:
-Start Date: April 2026
-Contract Length: 3 months option to extend
-Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4x10 hr shifts - no call
-Patient population/age: primarily adults 12-80, however, urgent simple matters pediatrics, no less than 1 year of age.
-Procedures: Simple procedures—Clinic has Point of Care testing-COVID, FLU, Urine, Pregnancy, Strep, Glucose. Affiliated Hospital Lab is an all inclusive lab for further tests. Simple sutures, splinting, etc….
-Skills required: Adult Family Medicine, basic primary care assessment, H&P, evaluation, treatment, and planning.
-Requirements:
State license required: unrestricted WA State RN & ARNP
DEA: current unrestricted DEA License
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Minimum experience required: 1 year of Primary Care

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 40 days
Active WA License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
