✅ Qualifications
✔️ Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license valid in the assignment state
✔️ Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by the client facility)
✔️ Outpatient or clinic-based experience preferred
✔️ Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements before assignment

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider
✔️ Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical observations
✔️ Assist with examinations, treatments, and routine clinical procedures
✔️ Administer medications and injections within scope of practice
✔️ Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
✔️ Support infection control, patient safety, and clinic workflow
✔️ Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient confidentiality
✔️ Deliver patient-centered care in a high-volume outpatient environment
✔️ Follow all clinic policies, protocols, and supervisory guidance
✔️ Perform additional duties consistent with licensure and clinic operations
