✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
✔️ Active California Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) license
✔️ Valid California Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance
✔️ New graduates are encouraged to apply
✔️ Experience with ADL assessments, home safety evaluations, and in-home assessments preferred
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
✔️ Ability to safely lift, transfer, push, pull, and reposition up to 35 pounds
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct participant assessments and develop individualized care plans
✔️ Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support participant goals
✔️ Provide ADL training, body mechanics instruction, and therapeutic interventions
✔️ Perform in-home evaluations and recommend safety modifications
✔️ Train staff on proper ADL techniques and safe body mechanics
✔️ Promote participant safety, comfort, and independence
✔️ Follow universal precautions and environmental safety standards
✔️ Attend staff meetings, trainings, and in-service programs
✔️ Complete documentation and perform related duties as assigned
