Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10 am – 4 pm or 8am – 5pm. Flexible on hours
12/10/25 or ASAP - 1/29/26
Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
