Endodontist – Fort Myers FL – Part Time Dental Specialist

Heartline Staffing is seeking an Endodontist for a part-time opportunity along Florida’s Gulf Coast serving the Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral communities.

This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized endodontic care in a collaborative dental environment supported by experienced staff and modern clinical technology. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while working within a well-established practice with a strong referral base.

The provider will perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and providing patient-centered treatment.

Position Highlights

Part-time schedule ideally two days per week
Office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Travel between offices in the Fort Myers Naples and Cape Coral area
No weekends or major holidays
Collaborative team environment with experienced support staff

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Active Florida dental license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-office dental team

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation based on production
Approximately 55 percent of collections depending on experience
Daily guarantee provided
Travel stipend available
