Heartline Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a full-time opportunity in Orlando, Florida.

This opportunity offers a modern pediatric-only dental practice environment supported by experienced clinical staff and strong referral relationships. The provider will focus on delivering comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents while working in a collaborative and patient-centered setting.

Position Highlights

Four-day work week Monday through Thursday
Office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekends or major holidays
Average patient volume 18 to 24 patients per day
Pediatric-only modern practice environment
Strong referral relationships with general dentists

Clinical Environment

State-of-the-art office with digital systems
Modern equipment and fully equipped operatories
Experienced clinical and administrative support staff

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Active Florida dental license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative dental team

Compensation and Benefits

Production-based compensation up to approximately 40 to 45 percent depending on experience
Option of W2 or 1099 engagement
