✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
✔️ Active, unencumbered LA RN license and BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of RN experience
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, and adaptability

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patients using emergency protocols
✔️ Deliver direct emergency care, including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, cardiac monitoring, and trauma response
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement timely treatment plans
✔️ Monitor patient status, document changes, and respond promptly
✔️ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
✔️ Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
